CSE Insurance – New Landlord Insurance Program Released

CSE Insurance recently rolled out a great, new Landlord Insurance product. We’ve been fortunate to partner with them since the founding of Old Harbor, and expect that this new offering will further our mutual successes.

This new Landlord Insurance program offers overages that have previously been difficult, or impossible, to find for landlords. Coverage for things such as bed bugs, eviction expenses, and appliance breakdown coverage are just a few of the highlights available.

In addition to the terrific coverages offered, CSE has also rolled out a number of available discounts to landlords. If you have a property manager, discount. We previously covered why landlords should be requiring their tenants to carry renter’s insurance. So if you are… discount. Do you have multiple properties that need insurance? Discount! In fact, while many traditional insurance carriers are unwilling to write a large collection of residential rental properties, CSE is aggressively targeting them. The new product is capable of insuring up to 99 single family detached units. *

List of CSE’s available features:
– Extended Replacement Cost
– Eviction expense reimbursement
– Sewer and drain backup
– $1M Liability and Personal Injury
– Personal Property and Theft coverage
– Bed bug infestation remediation coverage
– Extended fair rental income and additional living expense coverage
– Loss assessment coverage
– Appliance breakdown coverage
– Service line coverage
